Following Robbie Williams’ statements to the BBC semi-final commentator that he wants to represent the UK at Eurovision, another country’s superstar is added to the list of those who would like to relinquish the fame of Old Alvion in the competition. James Blunt, in an interview to an Estonian media, said he was ready whenever he is called to bring victory to his country.

In an interview with Publik DELFI, James Blunt commented on the results of Eurovision 2018, the ugly ending for another year of the UK in the contest, but also he stated that he is ready to represent his country whenever they ask for it, as long as the BBC wants the victory.

“I think “Toy” was great. I think she was impressive, different and full of character, she was relieved to win. For the only reason I was disappointed is for the United Kingdom. My country never wins and I wait for the moment they will call me, because I’m here to fix this!”.
In the journalist’s question, when he considers it a good time for him to try his luck in the contest, he replies:

“I think when the UK will be ready to win in the competition”.
James Blunt traveled to  Tallinn for a planned sold out concert he had there. He is currently considered one of the most successful musicians of his generation, with millions of sales around the world.

James Blunt’s statement comes as we said, following Robbie Williams’s statement about his possible participation with the UK colors, but also after many British fans demanding that the BBC be represented again by SuRie, as a reaction to her professionalism to the invasion of the unknown, while she was signing in the Altice Arena.
