Croatia 2019: HRT reveals its intensions for next year’s ESC

HRT, Croatia’s national broadcaster, few days after the end of this year’s Eurovision contest, is added to the list of countries wishing to take part in the next Eurovision Song Contest  in Israel.

Through Net.hr, HRT clearly stated his intention Croatia to join in the song contest in 2019, and even indirectly, the broadcaster declared that the responsible parties are already discussing possible methods of choice in the coming months.

While the broadcaster did not confirm that they will join next year, they said that participation is “crucial ” in Croatia, and discussions on the selection process for 2019 have already begun.

About this year’s bad result, HRT noted:

“We consider different options for the next selection of the Croatian representative for the Eurovision Song Contest, but the decision will be taken later” .

We remind you that this year, Croatia was represented by Franka and “Crazy” which reached the 17th place in the first semi-final, having been left from the final.
