Albania: RTSH calls for songs for Junior Eurovision 2021
Albania’s national broadcaster, RTSH, has made a call for songs as potential entries for Junior Eurovision 2021.
Albania this year will be selecting their Junior Eurovision 2021 hopeful internally. Thus, RTSH has made an open call for songs that the selected act will perform in Paris.
Interested acts/composers should send in their proposals not later than October 15, 2021 and must comply to the following rules:
– The submitted songs must be sent in their final versions as demos are not acceptable
– All applications should include the lyrics of the song along with the composers of the entry and the names behind the lyrics.
– The duration of the song should be more than 2,30 min but must not pass 3 minutes.
– The candidate acts should be between 9 and 14 years old by December 19, 2021
The story so far
Albania has been taking part in Junior Eurovision since 2012 and has missed out the edition in 2013 and 2014. In their last participation in 2019, Isea Çili finished 17th with “Mikja ime fëmijëri”.. The country withdrew last year from the competition in Warsaw.
