Armenia: Depi Evratesil 2020 participants unveiled

The Armenian national broadcaster ARMTV annnounced this evening the 12 participants of the country’s national final for Eurovision 2020 , Depi Evratesil 2020

 A total of 12 acts will compete in the Armenian national selection which were selected by a 9 member committee made up by : Naira Gurjinyan, Anita Hakhverdyan, Lilia Nikoyan, Ruben Babayan, Vardan Hakobyan, Tigran Danielyan, David Tserunyan, Karen Tataryan and Anush Ter-Ghukasyan.

The list of the 12 Armenian hopefuls has as following:

1. Athena Manoukian
2. TOKIONINE
3. ERNA
4. Miriam Baghdasaryan
5. Agop
6. Karina EVN
7. Vladimir Arzumanyan
8. Hayk Music
9. Arthur Aleq
10. Gabriel Jeeg
11. EVA Rida
12. Sergey & Nikolay Arutyunov

Among the contestants we see Athena Manoukian, who after her  X-factor UK attempt and although based in Greece decided to compete in her mother nation’s national final.

Additionally, one more act familiar to the Eurovision family is  Vladimir Arzumanyan who won the Junior Eurovision Song Contest representing Armenia back in 2010 with his entry Mama. 

The national final is set to take place on February 15 while the songs will be released the following days.
