Azerbaijan: Samira Efendi will return at Eurovision 2021

The Azeri national broadcaster is making no change of plans regarding the ESC 2021 representative. Ictimai opts once again for Samira Efendi to represent the country at Eurovision 2021. 

Samira was to represent the Land of fire in Rotterdam next May but lost the chance after ESC 2020 cancellation due to the coronavirus outbreak. However the national broadcaster will stick with the same act and for next year’s edition .

Samira Efendi was selected internally to represent Azerbaijan at Eurovision 2020 in Rotterdam with her song “Cleopatra” .
