Brendan Murray makes it to the UK’s X-factor 2018 live shows

The Irish Eurovision 2017 representative, Brendan Murray, passed to the live shows of UK’s X-factor 2018 after today’s Judges’ House round.
Last week, as we had updated you in a previous post, the Irish artist had managed to go through the Six Chair Challenge and qualify to the Judges’ House round, which determines the final groups of four that will perform in the live shows of the competition.
This evening we saw the boys’ mentor, Louis Tomlinson, former member of the group One Direction, host at his place in Ibiza the Judges’ House round and the six acts who claimed one of the 4 spots in the live shows. Alongside with Louis another One Direction ex member, Liam Payne and the worldwide known producer and performer Nile Rodgers. The three of them listened to the six candidates perform international hits of their choice, in order to select at the end the final four who will go to the live shows.
Brendan Murray chose to perform Sinéad O’Connor’s Nothing Compares to you . His vocal performance with his special tone blew away the judges and Louis, who decided to include him in his final four and give him the ticket to the live shows that start next week. Take a look at Brendan’s performance that brought him to the X factor live shows :
Brendan represented Ireland at Eurovision 2017 in Kiev with his entry Dying To Try . Despite his magical vocal performance he didn’t reach the grad final.
