Bulgaria: BNT determines no participation for Eurovision 2015
BNT, the Bulgarian national broadcaster puts an end to the eurovision story for Bulgaria at least for the upcoming Eurovision Song Contest 2015 in Vienna. Despite the initial application from the broadcaster that indicated that the country will take part in the next eurovision song contest, a sudden tweet coming from the national broadcaster put an end to all the hopes of a Bulgarian participation in Vienna. It will be the second consecutive year in 2015 that the country will be absent in the contest. This final decision came as a result to the unsolved financial problems and the political situation in the country.
The last time we saw the country on stage at the Eurovision Song Contest was in 2013 when Stoyan and Elitsa represented Bulgaria in Malmo with Samo Shampioni.
