Croatia 2017: Official video of ”My Friend”
Croatia will participate in the Eurovision Song Contest 2017 with the entry “My Friend” performed by Jacques Houdek.
The official music video of Houdek’s song “My Friend” has been released.
Who is Jacques ?
Jacques was born on 14 April 1981 and is 35 years old. He was born in Zagreb, is a Croatian singer, songwriter and has been singing professionally since 2002. Aside from Croatian, he has sung and recorded in English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Slovene, and Maori language.
Jacques himself has tried to represent Croatia several times in the past, the most recent attempt being in 2011 when he finished in 2nd place to Daria Kinzer in Croatia’s national final.
Houdek is one of the mentors in the Croatian version of the TV talent show “The Voice”. During show’s first season, he mentored winner Nina Kraljić.
