Croatia: Dora 2022 national final songs released

Croatian broadcaster HRT has released 14 songs that will compete in Dora 2022, Croatia’s national final for Eurovision 2022.

The grand finale of Dora 2022 will take place on February 19, 2022 in the city of Opatija. The presenters of the show were Duško Ćurlić, Elizabeta Brodić and Franka Batelić. A total of 14 contestants compete in the final of EMA.

The 14 songs that will compete in the national final were released today during the HRT radio show “Svijet diskografije” presented by Zlatko Turkalj.

1.Mila Elegović –“Ljubav”

2. Mia Negovetić – “Forgive Me”

3. Marko Bošnjak – “Moli za nas”

4. Jessie – “My Next Mistake”

5. Zdenka Kovačiček – “Stay On The Bright Side”

6. Tina Vukov – “Hideout”

7. Roko Vušković – “Malo kasnije”

8. Bernarda – “Here For Love”

9. Erik Vidović – “I Found You”

10. ToMa – “In The Darkness”

11. Elis Lovrić – “No War”

12. Ella Orešković – “If You Go Away”

13. Tia – “Voli me do neba”

14. Mia Dimšić – “Guilty Pleasure”

The result of the national final will be determined by a combination of a jury and a public vote with a 50% share each.

The jury voting will include the points from 10 regional juries which came from: 

  • Zagreb
  • Čakovec and Varaždin
  • Rijeka
  • Pula
  • Osijek
  • Zadar
  • Knin and Šibenik
  • Split
  • Dubrovnik
  • Vukovar

Croatia in Eurovision 

Croatia has been taking part in the Eurovision Song contest since 1993 and has not won the competition to date.

Best placing so far was in 1996 with Maja Blagdan with her song “Sveta ljubav”, and in 1999 with Doris Dragović with her song “Marija Magdalena” which finished 4th in the final.

This year represented by Albina who sang “Tik-tok” but failed to qualify for the final, finishing 11th in the first semi-final with 110 points.
