Croatia: Franka Batelic to fly the Flag in Lisbon
Shortly before, the Croatian public television announced that the 26 years old Franka Batelic will represent the country in the Eurovision Song Contest next May in Lisbon. Franka has previously attempted to represent Croatia in the Eurovision contest, but she did not succeed.
She Speaks Croatian, English, Italian and German. She is a law student at the Law School at the University of Zagreb. She has released a complete album and several singles. In 2009 and 2010 she was a candidate at the National final. Both times she ended at the seventh place.
