Cyprus: Tamta opens first round of rehearsals

Tel Aviv sees the first day of rehearsals, with the first half of the first semi-final evening unfolding on the impressive stage of Expo Tel Aviv. The nine countries to rehearse were Cyprus, Montenegro, Finland, Poland, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Belarus and Serbia.

Cyprus opened the first round of rehearsals for nine out of , as Tamta was the contestant to make her first technical rehearsal of her entry “Replay”.

Tamta appears on stage with black platform boots and an black jacket reflecting somehow Madonna’s style, while she has five dancers around her wearing hats. During the performance the dancers remove her black jacket ripping it off to unveil a bejewelled crystal bodysuit and long black plastic gloves, while her short blond hair has a wet look style.

When the song reached the word “Replay” the camera plays with the scene making the song seem as if it is on replay. On stage smoke and diamonds feature the performance while Tamta vocally is very good. The song ends with the backing dancers on the floor and Tamta in the middle.
