Denmark: Dansk Melodi Grand Prix 2022 national final songs released
Danish broadcaster DR has released 8 songs that will compete in Dansk Melodi Grand Prix 2022, Denmark’s national final for Eurovision 2022.
Denmark will once again select its representative in Turin through the Dansk Melodi Grand Prix show, which will take place on March 5, 2022 at the Jyske Bank Boxen in Herning.
The presenters of the show were Tina Müller and Martin Brygmann. A total of 8 contestants compete in the final of Dansk Melodi Grand Prix.
The acts that will compete in the final of Dansk Melodi Grand Prix are:
- Patrick Dorgan –‘The Wind Whistles In’
- Full Effect – ‘Rave with the Hard Boys’
- Reddi – ‘The Show’
- Morten Fillipsen –‘Happy Go Lucky’
- Josie Elinor & Jack Warren – ‘Let Me Go’
- Juncker – ‘Come to stay’
- Once Upon a Time –‘A Beautiful Day’
- Conf3ssions – ‘Hallelujah’

Denmark in Eurovision
Denmark has been taking part in the Eurovision Song contest since 1957 and has won the contest three times, in 1963 with Grethe & Jorgen Ingmann , 2000 with Olsen Brothers and 2013 with Emmelie de Forest.
In 2021 represented by the duo Fyr & Flamme who sang “Øve os på hinanden” but failed to qualify for the final, finishing 11th in the second semi-final with 89 points.
