Eurovision 2018: Netta’s press conference as the winner.
After the competing part of the 63rd Eurovision Song Contest the press conference of the winner took place in a the press conference room which was fool of journalists and fans.
As the winner stated the pressure all the time she was the favorite to win was the same as during the time she fell back in 2nd place. Her objective was all this time to give the best performance during the rehearsals and the live shows, trying not to get influenced by exterior factors.
She dedicated here win to her team and to the respect of diversity. She had signed up for the national selection by luck as she believed that her appearance is “different” and it would have been difficult to win. Therefore this musical journey is something she doesn’t regret a moment.
After being asked about Salvador’s comments and their conflict she didn’t want comment on that further and just thanked him for his move. Jon Ola Sand, the executive supervisor of the contest gave her at the end with the trophy,congratulating her and stating she was amazing. He mentioned that soon they will be meeting the Israeli national broadcaster as the dates and the host city for Eurovision 2019 are to be determined .
