Eurovision 2021: Krista Siegfrids to host two online shows conveying the contest’s spirit to fans

The iconic Eurovision Finnish bride, Krista Siegfrieds, will be responsible for conveying the contest’s to the fans through two extra online shows. 

Rotterdam is Opening up with the organisers making it happen!The EBU along with the Dutch organisers are bringing the contest back on track more stronger and enrichen with elements bringing through the screen the Eurovision spirit accross Europe and the other continents . 

Namely, the Finnish Eurovision 2013 representative, Krista Siegfrieds, will present two online shows that aim to bring the fans closer to the vivid and most special moments behind the scenes. The two online show will be broadcast through the official Eurovision Youtube Channel.Krista Siegfrieds, will be hosting ‘Krista Calling‘ at the 65th Eurovision Song Contest allowing to Eurovision fans to have a closer aspect of the acts with live interviews and exclusive backstage material from Rotterdam including the Red Carpet and rehearsals.

In addtiion Krista will treat the fans with the second edition of Eurovision Song Celebration. This year’s  show will present the 39 live on tape performances along with extra material from Rotterdam. The special program will be aired one week after the Grand final live show on May 29, 2021.   

Krista Siegfrieds in Eurovision

Krista is a Finnish singer and television presenter. She represented Finland in the Eurovision Song Contest 2013 with her entry “Marry Me”. Siegfrids’ debut album, named Ding Dong!, was released in May 2013. As a television presenter, she has hosted she has host the Finnish national final, Uuden Musiikin Kilpailu since 2016. In 2016 she participated in the Swedish national selection show Melodifestivalen 2016 with the song “Faller”, but did not advance from second semifinal after placing fifth. She participated also in the third semifinal Melodifestivalen 2017 with the song “Snurra min jord”, but did not advance after placing seventh.
