Alexandra Redde-Amiel precisely stated to 20minuted.fr:

We obviously want very much to host the Eurovision Junior in France next year. Delphine Ernotte [the president of France Télévisions] is very keen to do it, Stéphane Sitbon-Gomez [director of the antennas of France Télés] too. We will first savor and then discuss with the presidency of Eurovision and the EBU [European Broadcasting Union] to find out how we can organize the 2021 edition and if it will be possible to do so. You have to speak with them before formalizing anything but in any case, the wish is there.

Valentina won Sunday’s Junior Eurovision show achieving first place in both voting as she topped the jury and online voting. Now we will have to see if the French broadcaster will come to agreement with EBU about hosting next year’s competition.
