France : Tonight the 2nd Semi Final of “Destination Eurovision 2018”
The French national selection, Destination Eurovision 2018, is unfolding and after last week’s 1st semi final, today the second semi final round will be aired by national broadcaster France 2. Tonight’s show has been taped so it won’t be aired live and the second group of remaining 9 contestants will battle for one of the 4 tickets that lead to the final. Host of the night, like last Saturday, will be the French Canadian artists Garou.
The 9 acts to compete in this evening’s 2nd semi final are:
- Lucie – My World
- Madame Monsieur – Mercy
- Jane Constance – Un jour j’ai rêvé
- Nassi – Rêve de gamin
- Igit – Lisboa Jérusalem
- Max Cinnamon – Ailleurs
- Sarah Caillibot – Tu me manques
- Sweem – Là-haut
- June The Girl – Same
From these 9 ,only 4 will qualify to the final that will take place on January 27.Από αυτούς, μόνο οι τέσσερις θα προκριθούν στον τελικό της 27ης Ιανουαρίου. The results as in the 1st semi final will be determined exclusively by a six member jury formed by locals and international judges :
- Amir – 2016 French representative (achieving an honorable 6th place with 257 points)
- Isabelle Boulay – French Canadian singer
- Christophe Willem – French Pop Idol winner
- Christer Björkman (HoD Sweden)
- Nicola Caligiore (HoD Italy)
- Olga Salamakha (HoD Belarus)
