Greece: Eleftheria Eleftheriou says thank you with her new single “S’Efharisto”
Eleftheria Eleftheriou , Greece’s Eurovision 2012 representative , has released her new sinle entitled S’efharisto (Thank you)
Eleftheria Elfetheriou is back with a new single singing to all of us S’efharisto (Thank you) released under the record label of Cobalt Music. Music editing was done by Claydee Lupa alongside with Teddy E. while the lyrics were by Dimitris Fragou.
Eleftheria this time comes back not with another dance/pop song, but with an emotional ballad song. Her thank you goes to her loved one for all the moments they shared together, but no time has come to each one to take separate directions. She remembers all happy moments spent together and how in love they we walking on the road. But all nice things reach to an end and remain beautiful memories even if they come after unexpected facts.
ABOUT ELEFTHERIA
She came to prominence through her participation in the second season of the Greek version of The X Factor. Shortly after her elimination, Sony Music Greece signed her and submitted her as a candidate to represent Greece in the Eurovision Song Contest 2010. She was later disqualified from the national final, following the leak of her song onto the internet by an unknown party.
Eleftheriou had previously participated in the Cypriot national final for the Eurovision Song Contest 2006 with the song “Play That Melody To Me” featuring Maria Zorli, finishing seventh in the final. Eleftheriou represented Greece in the Eurovision Song Contest 2012, with the song “Aphrodisiac”, where she placed 17th (9th on the televoting). After Eurovision she has releaesed several singles such as 2012-“Hearts Collide” , 2013 – “Mystiko Mou” (Goin’ Through feat. Eleftheria), 2013 – “Raindrops” (Deepcentral feat. Eleftheria), 2013 – “Pes Pos Me Thes” (TNS feat. Eleftheria), 2013 – “Teleiosame”, 2014 – “Gia Sena” ,2014 – “Oso Kai Na Thes” (James Sky feat. Eleftheria), 2015 – “Nyxtes Kaftes”
