Greece: On the 16th of February the National Final
Today, ERT’s organizing committee met for Eurovision and made important decisions for the Greek national final. The final will be held on Friday the 16th of February, in ERT’s studios at Katechaki.
The Greek final will be aired live by ERT1, but the presentation of the three candidate songs will be displayed through videos that will be filmed a few days ago by ERT’s directing crews to have the same aesthetics. Next week, according to the same authoritative information, the three record companies, involved in this year’s selection, will meet with national broadcaster’s officials to define the legal framework of cooperation in order to finalize their artist’s participation in the national selection.
The meeting with the record companies will be held next week and not this Thursday as initially scheduled, due to the absence abroad of the one company’s executive . We would like to remind you that the songs that will take part in the National Final in order to represent Greece in the 63rd edition of Eurovision Song Contest are:
- From Thrace to Crete with Chorostalites (Spider Music)
- My Dream with Gianna Terzi (Panik Entertainment)
- Don’t forget the sun with Areth Ketime (Spicy)
