Hungary: A Dal 2015 2nd Semi Final results.
After last week’s first semi final of A Dal 2015, the Hungarian selection, that determined the first 4 acts of the final, it was the 2nd semi final’s turn to clear the second group of 4 acts that will move on to the grand Final on 28 February.
After a first round of voting, the combination of jury and public votes gave the first three names to qualify to the final and after, a second round of public voting, determined the fourth qualifier. The results of both rounds of voting are listed below:
- Bálint Gájer – That’s how it goes (38 points, SMS qualifier)
- Ív – Fire (41 points, jury and SMS qualifier)
- Kati Wolf – Ne engedj el (44 points, jury and SMS qualifier)
- Passed – Mesmerize (43 points, jury and SMS qualifier)
Bogi Dallos, Gabi Szűcs, Gergő Oláh, Gyula Éliás Jr. feat. Fourtissimo and Other Planet were eliminated from the competition due to lower voting results.
Next Saturday, the grand final of A Dal 2015 will take place in Budapest. The eight contestants will battle it out to win the competition and represent Hungary at Eurovision this May.
Last year Hungary was represented at the Eurovision Song Contest in Copenhagen by András Kállay-Saunders and his entry Running. Andras participated in the second semi final and manages to qualify to the Grand Final , where he achieved an honorable 5th placing.
