Ireland: Brendan Murray continues in the second week of the X-factor UK 2018 live shows
Irish Eurovision 2017 act , Brendan Murray, will be continuing in the 2nd week of the live shows in the X-Factor UK 2018.
Last week we saw the Irish act go through the Judges’ House round and making it to the x-factor live shows. During the weekend Brendan performed on stage in the 1sr Live show a piano version of Ariana grande’s song Break free. His performance was for once more impressive receiving positive comments from the judges who however outlined that they are expecting more from the Irish act.
After Saturday’s live perfromances, Sunday evening the results from the voting were revealed , according to which two eliminations had to take place. The contestant with the less votes was going home directly while the next two contestants with the lowest votes will have a sing off and the judges were to determine who they were sending home.
Brendan, who is in the Boy’s team mentor of which is Louis Tomlinson, former member of One Direction, managed to survive the whole process as the public voting secured his position for the 2nd week of the live shows.
Brendan represented Ireland at Eurovision 2017 in Kiev with his entry Dying To Try . Despite his magical vocal performance he didn’t reach the grad final.
