Israel: The first semi final results of HaKokhav HaBa L’Eurovizion
The first semi final round of HaKokhav HaBa L’Eurovizion (aka The Next Star)just finished minutes ago, during which 4 acts out of the 8 remaining ones on the talent show competed this evening, with one of them securing its qualification to the grand final.
In today’s semi final stage the 4 acts competed in duels . The judges of the show Static & Ben-El Tavori, Keren Peles, Harel Skaat (Israel 2010), Shiri Maimon (Israel 2005) and Assaf Amdursky, awarded 0 or 8 points to each contestant while the rest of the votes were awarded by the public.

- Ketreyah – 88% vs Tay – 42%
- Daniel Barzilai – 30% vs Shalva Band – 84%
The judges decided, among the two that got the less votes to save Daniel Barzilai while Tay who was in the bottom two got eliminated.
Further on, the groups Ketreyah and Shalva Band, who received the most votes from the rest , performed in a duel for one ticket to the final.The ones who achieved to win the ticket directly to the final were Shalva Band. Check out their 2nd performances below:
