In the previous 3rd show of the 4th round of HaKokhav HaBa L’Eurovizion the Israeli edition of The Next Star 2019, we saw which 10 acts continue in the competition and the battle to win thre right to represent Israel in home soil ground next May. In this evening’s show we saw the nine acts to continue on the show.

A total of 1o acts remain in the competition and got once more on stage to perform in duels this time, before the 4 member jury formed by: Assaf Amdursky, Harel Skaat – (Eurovision 2010), Keren Peles, Shiri Maimon – (Eurovision 2005) , Static & Ben El Tavori.  All judges in this 4th round can cast their votes idependently giving from 0 or  8points to each contestant. The rest of the votes come from the audience’s voting.The act that got the highest amount of votes in its respective duel qualified directly for the next round.

Ketreyah & Maya Buskila — 94% vs Daniel Barzilai & Ofri Calfon — 92%

Danielle Mazuz — 58% vs Kobi Merimi — 81%

Shefita — 37% vs Tai — 76%

Shalva Band — 83% vs Avraham de Carvalho — 75%

After the direct qualifications of the winners in their duels Ketreyah, Maya Buskila, Kobi Merimi, Tai and Shalva Band it was in the jury’s hands to decide which of the remaining acts would qualify for the next round. They opted for Daniel Barzilai, Ofri Calfon, Shefita and Avraham de Carvalho so that Danielle Mazuz was eliminated in tonight’s show.
