Israel: The six candidates in the semi-final of “The Next Star 2018”
The two previous days, the quarter-final of Israel’s national election for Eurovision 2018, «The Next Star» took place. At this stage of the contest, the 8 candidates who qualified were divided into 4 duels. From each duel, the one with the highest percentage of positive votes from the viewers and a jury, consisting of Static & Ben-El Tavori, Keren Peles, Harel Skaat and Assaf Amdursky, qualified to the next round. Then, the 4 failed were re-splitted into duels, 2 this time, where the one who scored the highest percentage of positive votes qualified to the next stage.

1st round of voting
