Junior Eurovision 2019: No changes to the voting system
Just some days ago the EBU revealed some details on the voting system that will run at the upcoming Junior Eurovision 2019. The voting format will remain the same as last year.
Fans around the globe can vote, even for the own country while the international audience can cast its votes free of charge.
Two rounds of online voting
The first round of voting will start on Friday, 22November and will close on Sunday , 24November on 16:59. Fans around the globe will be able to cast their votes through the official website junioreurovision.tv, by voting three to five songs. Each voter must watch a recap of the contestants’ rehearsals. The second round of voting will durate about 15 minurs after the contestants have completed their performances during the live show. The way of voting remains as in the first round.
The final outcome will be determined by a combination of results from the two rounds of voting (50%) and the votes from juries of children and adult members (50%).
