JuniorEurovision2018: Second set of 10 countries make their first rehearsal

After yesterday’s first set of 10 countries’ rehearsals , today the rest 10 countries got on stage for their first performance in Minsk Arena.  Let’s go and take a look the overall impression of today rehearsals.

Italy – Marco and Melissa – “What Is Love?”

Italian duo Marco and Melissa opened today’s 2nd day of rehearsals, and they want to transfer us in their fairytale world. Melissa appears with a yellow dress like alittle princess and in combination with the  looming castle behind them , manage to turn their perfromance into a fairytale story. Vocally the sound amazing together serving absolutely the concept of their performance. 

 

Kazakhstan – Daneliya Tuleshova – “Ózińe sen”

Next on Minsk Arena stage came  Daneliya, the representative of the debuting country of Kazakhastan! She appears alone on stage and depsite the an initial glitch she bounces back. As the surrounding scene of cogwheels and fairytale graphics unfolds on camera and Daneliya wows with her amazing vocals. The act herself is dress in a white dress  and even though she delivers the song impressively there seems something to be missing from the staging. 

Malta – Ela Mangion – “Marchin’ On”

It ‘s time for Ela Mangion from Malta to go through her first rehearsal. The young acts gets on stage wearing a red tracksuit and was accompanied by backing dancers . Her performance pass to the audience a lot of messages of hope and on the background her official music video is displayed. Vocally amazing she totally sings her hearts out and the piano on stage shows another apsect of her talent adding something more to the whole performance.

Poland – Roksana Węgiel – “Anyone I Want To Be”

Next on stage Roksana from Poland! The Polish acts is accompanied by dancers on stage. Vocally she reaches the high notes easily, despite the intense dancing and movement taking place. All of them a dressed in white and the whole team seems very confident and the chemistry between them shows that they are enjoying the whole performance.

Portugal – Rita Laranjeira – “Gosto de Tudo (Já Não Gosto de Nada)

Rita from Portugal is the next contestant up next on the stage. Rita may be alone on stage,wearing a lovely blue and red dress, with very colourful graphics, vocally solid she conveys an optimistic feeling of happiness to the audience with her charming and energetic performance.  

Russia – Anna Filipchuk – “Unbreakable”

Last year’s winner is up next with Anna. Anna is surrounded on stage by backing instrumentalists and appears very confident on the stage. She delivers her entry with powerful vocals which alongside with the impressive light show and colourful graphics make her song even more catchy. Her double denim jumpsuit with a splash of pink certainly fit the whole concept on stage.

 Serbia – Bojana Radovanović – “Svet”

Bojana came on the stage wearing a very nice white dress and a matching hair acessory.  She performs along on stage but that doesn’t mean anything, since her vocals are so impressive making her performance really captivating. The act herself seem confident aShe will be the 10th to perform this Sunday during the live show. She will be the 10th to perform this Sunday during the live show. 

The Netherlands – Max and Anne – “Samen”

 

Ukraine – Darina Krasnovetska – “Say Love” Next to rehearse in Minsk Arena is lovely Darina from Ukraine. Keeping her staging similar to what we see in her official musci video, she delivers her song with powerful vocals. She performs alone on stage with her megaphone while on the background wall images and lyrics pop up in a wihite and red color scheme. The overall peformance is really impressive and work out on camera. Take a look at Ukraine’s first rehearsal

Wales – Manw – “Berta”

The day closes with Manw from the debuting country of Wales! Manw, is in a red jacket and trousers combo. Around her placed four female dancers who wear black coloured outfits. The whole performance by the girls is totally energetic and powerful, while the colorful floral images around the stage add something to the staging. Vocally solid and with good chemistry among them.
