Kazakhstan: The 10 acts of the Junior Eurovision 2021 national final selected

The 10 act who have made it through to the the Kazakh national final for Junior Eurovsion 2021 have been determined.
A total of 819 applications came in for this year’s JESC national selection , with a special jury of Khabar tv selecting 30 acts to go through an online voting in order for 10 acts to be selected for the final show.
The 10 acts that received the most votes and will give their shot for the ticket to Paris are:
- Aiganym Amandai
- Beknur Zhanibekuly
- Amina Asgatova
- Armen Saakyan
- Alinur Khamzin
- Ekaterina Tabarina
- Zhan Makim
- Alimzhan Tugelbai,
- Abilkaiyr Zhumabai
- Adina Sulenova
Like in the national selections in the previous years, top composers are to write 10 songs for the finalists to sing at a televised national final show that will take place on November 6, 2021, and will be be aired on Khabar TV channel. The outcome of the final will be determined by jury and public voting by 50% each.
The story so far in Junior Eurovision
Kazakhstan competed for the first time at the Junior Eurovision Song Contest in 2018 after EBU’s invitation to broadcaster, Khabar Agency, to join the competition.
Last year Karakat Bashanova won the national final and represented the country with her song ‘Forever’ in Warsaw, Poland achieving to finish 2nd with 152 points in the overall score.
