Lithuania: Round 2/8 of Eurovizijos 2016!!!
Last night, the Lithuanian state broadcaster LRT aired the second show of the Lithuanian National selection, Eurovizija 2016. 8 acts performed on stage, but only 5 tickets were available for the next stage of the competition.
The contestants of the second show were:
- Jurgis Bruzga: Hold One
- Ugne Smile: You Don’t Know
- Lawreigna: Falling
- Istvan Kvik: Please Don’t Cry
- Catrinah: Be Free
- Egle Jakstyte: Leisk Dar Buti
- Valdas Lacko: Stay Tonight
- Ruta Sciogolevaite: United
The final result was a combination of a jury panel (50%) and televoting (50%). The jury panel consisted of Darius Uzkuraitis, Nomeda Kazlaus, Ramunas Zilnys and Vaidas Baumila (Lithuania) and Peter Freudenthaler, Karl Frierson and Syron (International).
After voting, the 5 acts which continue dreaming are:
- Ruta Sciogolevaite: United
- Istvan Kvik: Please Don’t Cry
- Catrinah: Be Free
- Valdas Lacko: Stay Tonight
- Egle Jakstyte: Leisk Dar Buti
This 5 participants will join the first 5 (Donny Montell, Erica Jennings, Petunija, Behind the Moon andAlice Way) who qualified from the 1st show . Eurovizija 2016 continues next week (23rd of January) with the 3rd show of the National selection with 8 new participants.
