Live from Arena Gliwice- Junior Eurovision 2019 rehearsals Day 4: Nine more countries make their 2nd rehearsal
It’s Day 4 for Junior Eurovision 2019 rehearsals in Arena Gliwice ! Today the second set of 9 countries will nmake their second run of rehearsals just two days before the final live show on Sunday, November 24. It’s time for North Macedonia, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Wales, Serbia, Spain, and The Netherland to hold their second rehearsal. Let go an see them one by one:
NORTH MACEDONIA
Mila Moskov took first the stage today opening the 4th day of rehearsals. Mila makes his second rehearsal of his entry Fire and the stage is dominated by fire and flames. The intensive fire graphics definetely add to his performance an explosive dimension.
POLAND
Vicki Gabor is back in her shiny rather futuristic-looking outfit, for Poland’s second rehearsal of the song “Superhero”. On stage with her , her five dancers in different colored suits as the light blue backdrop and the LED screen is displaying the melting ices of the poles , outlining the environmental message of the entry.
PORTUGAL
Time for Joana Almeida from Portugal to rehearse second time her entry entitled Vem Comigo (Come With Me). Joana delivers her song as pink, purple, blue and red colors feature the stage while the key lyrics “Together We’re Strong”, “Nature Is Our Mother”, “Come With Me” and “Let’s Make It Happen Now demontrate her strong message .
RUSSIA
Up next are Tatyana Mezhentseva and Denberel Oorzhak with their empowering song A Time For Us . The Russian Duo appears once again with their space looking outfits , Tatyana in white and Denberel in gold. They perform in harmony vocally as the dark sky backdrop full of stars unfolds throughout the song on the background.
WALES
Erin Mai from Wales is back for her second rehearsal of Calon yn Curo (Hear beating) on the Arena Gliwice stage. The LED backdrop is dominated by heart images while tha song’s titles is diplayed in both Welsh and English on the background screen. At some point as the song progresses we see her red gown split up into two pieces like butterly wing filled with hearts.
SERBIA
Darija Vračević was next on stage with her song Podigni Glas (Raise Your Voice). As Dariya rehearses her entry, yellow and red colors dominate the stage while the background screen dipalys images of rain pouring in, in a stormy landscape, reminding us of the catastrophe that is coming. In thi srehearsal we wing project exaclty behind her, seeming as if they are ateched on her while at the end of the song an earch is project just next to her with her herself holding the globe in her hand and the message on the LED screen writting ther is no Planet B!
SPAIN
Melani Garcia follows with her second rehearsal of Marte taking us once again in the deep ocean. Melani alongside with her four backing vocalists and her ethereal voice and in combination with the underwater imagery of the backdrop travels us into the sea life which is endangered by the polution. Extroadinary vocals once again !
THE NETHERLANDS
Matheu is up next on stage with his second rehearsal of Dans Met Jou. The Dutch delegate appears more confident on the stage and delivers his uptempo song alongside with his energetic four dancers in front of his big city neighborhood full of skyscrapers. A lot of interaction and motion on stage reflect the song’s upbeat tempo.
UKRAINE
Sophia Ivanko from Ukraine, closes day 4 rehearsals with her entry The Spirit of Music. Another dynamic and strong vocally performance by Sophia while purple, blue and black colors flush the stage alongside with the hundreds of diamons floating outwards of the background LED screen.
