Malta JESC 2019: Listen to the country’s entry “We are more”

Last August the Maltese national broadcaster, TVM, that after combining the votes of a special jury and an online voting ,Eliana Gomez Blanco earned the right to represent the country at Junior Eurovision 2019 in Poland.

More than a month after Eliana’s selection the song that the Maltese representative will perform on November 24 in Gliwice-Silesia went public and is entitled We Are More. You can listen to the song in the following video:

Malta in Junior Eurovision

Malta participated in the contest for the first time back in 2003 and has achieved to win twice the contest. In 2013, on its comeback , when Gaia Cauchi with his entry The Start, gave the country its first victory. The second win came only two years after , in 2015, when Destiny Chukunyere won the contest in Sofia with her song Not My Soul. The worst result for the country was scored in 2005 at the Junior Eurovision in belgium, with the song Make It Right performed by Thea & Friends.

Last year Ela Mangion rerpesented the country with the song “Marchin’ on” which came 5th with a total of 181 points, 138 of which came from the jury voting.
