Malta: TVM releases the Malta JESC 2021 national final entries

TVM has released the 12 competing entries of the Maltese Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2021 national final.

Malta is selecting their Junior Eurovision 2021 hopeful through  the Malta Junior Eurovision Contest (MJESC). Following the release of the 12 finalists that will compete in the national final, TVM released today the songs the 12 act will be performing during the final, set to take place on October 16

Here are the 12 songs released by TVM, which you can listen to by clicking on the song titles: 

The outcome of the national final will be determined 50% by the jury and 50% by the the public. 

The JESC story so far

Malta since its debut in the contest back in 2003 has achieved to win the contest twice: in 2013  with Gaia Cauchi and her entry The Start”, and in 2015 with Destiny Chukunyere singing “Not My Soul.”

In 2020 the MJESC winner, Chanel Monseigneur , represented Malta in Warsaw with her song “Chasing Sunsets” which finished 8th with a total of 100 points.
