Melodifestivalen 2018: The 6 cities for Melodi 2018

Once more year Sweden is ready to set sail melodifestivalen 2018. SVT the National Broadcater of Sweden revealed today the dates, the 6 cities and the arenas that will host the 4 semi finals, the Andra chansen show and the Final.

Once more 6 different cities across Sweden will host the Shows. The detailed program is showed at the table below:

03/02/2018:1st Semi Final– Karlstad, Löfbergs Arena

10/02/2018: 2nd Semi Final– Gothenburg, Scandinavium

17/02/2018: 3rd Semi Final – Malmö, Malmö Arena

24/02/2018: 4th Semi Final – Örnsköldsvik, Fjällräven Center

03/03/2018: Andra chansen – Kristianstad, Kristianstad Arena

10/03/2018: Final – Stockholm, Friends Arena

The Melodi journey starts on the 3rd of February at the city of Karlstad and ends in Stockholm on the 10th of March. SVT has already received 2771 songs for this year’s Festival which is a new record since 2012.

All we have to do now is to wait for new details like the hosts, the design of the arena and the 28 singers that will fight for the Golden ticket.
