Montenegro 2018: National Final in February

Montenegro has chosen almost all the artists that represented the country in Eurovision internally. In 2018 RTCG, the National Broadcaster of Montenegro will host a National Final for the first time. Montevizija, the National Final of the country will be probably be hosted in February.

Artists and composers who are interested in Montevizija will be able to cast their song from the 1st of November. All songs will be evaluated by a 5 member jury and will choose 5 songs that will participate in the National Final. The winner of the show that will have the honor to represent Montenegro will be decided by televoting (100%).

In 2007 and 2008 the country hosted a National Final. In 2007 Stevan Faddy and in 2008 Stefan Filipović won the shows and represented Montenegro in ESC. Unfortunately, both times Montenegro failed to qualify in the Final show.
