Norway 2018: National Final for Norway on 10th of March

Although it is still October, there is much information about the representatives of the countries that will compete in Lisbon, in May 2018. One of these countries is Norway. According to NRK, the country’s representative will be selected through the Melodi Grand Prix,which will be held on 10th of March 2018.

According to  sources, the number of the candidate songs is nearly 1200! However, only 10 will receive the ticket for the National Final of the country. The songs for the National Final will be chosen by a specialized commission of Norwegian Public Television and will be announced within the next few months.

Those interested in attending the Norwegian National Finals should know that ticket sales will begin in about 2 weeks.

Norway has three victories in the contest, in 1985, in 1995 and in 2009.
