Poland: Albert Černý wins the third semi final of “Szansa na Sukces 2020”
The third semi final round of “Szansa na Sukces 2020” took place this afternoon selecting the 3rd finalist of the Polish national selection for Eurovision 2020.
The 3rd semi final heat of Szansa na Sukces 2020 was aired today on TVP determining one more national finalist.The second semi final of Szansa na sukces took place this afternoon , during which the 7 contestants performed covers Eurovision hits. In this semi final phase that consists of three rounds, the winner is determined exclusively by the jury made up by Cleo (Poland 2014), Michał Szpak (Poland 2016) and Gromee (Poland 2018), and will give a wildcard to one more act. All four qualifiers will compete in the final performing one cover and one additional song that will be their proposal for Eurovision 2020.

- Basia Gąsienica Giewont – Love Me Do
- Albert Černý – Please Please Me

- Marzena Ryt – Twist and Shout
- Adrian Makar – A Hard Day’s Night
Therfore the three jurors decided to send Albert Černý to the national final. His semi final performance follows in the video below:
Albert Černý represented Czech Republic at Eurovision 2019 as member of the group Lake Malawi which performed the song Friend of friend and came 11th in the grand final in Tel Aviv.
