Portugal JESC 2019: Joana Almeida to sing “Vem Comigo” at Junior Eurovision
The Portuguese national broadcaster RTP, had revealed a couple of weeks before that Joana Almeida will represent the country in the upcoming Junior Eurovision, set to take place on November 24 in Gliwice-Silesia, Poland.
Today the entry that Joana will be singing on the stage in Gliwice Arena was unveiled. The song is entitled Vem Comigo and you can listen to it in the following video:
THE STORY SO FAR
Portugal has participated in Junior Eurovision 4 times. First year to participate was 2006 while the country withdraw from 2008 till 2016. Best placing for the country has been 14th in 2006 and 2017. Last year the country was represented by Rita Laranjeira who sang Gosto de Tudo, finsihing in 18th place with 42 points.
