Portugal : The host country’s entry for this year is Cláudia Pascoal with O Jardim
Τhe 52nd Festival da Canção or Festival RTP da Canção finished some minutes ago and revealed the winner to represent the hometown of Portugal in the 63rd Eurovision Song Contest with the song O Jardim by Cláudia Pascoal
The Show
After two episodic semifinals, one faulse announcement of a finalist in the first semifinal and the cancelation of an artist who was accused of plagiarism on social media, today’s final 14 artists competed in Pavilhão Multiusos de Guimarães, in the city of Guimarães, with Filomena Cautela (Presenter of Eurovision 2018) and Pedro Fernandes. The songs that appeared in the final were in the following order :
