Romania: Tonight the 1st semi final of Selecția Națională 2019
The first semi final show of Romania’s national selection, Selecția Națională, will take place tonight at the Polivalenta Hall in Iasi . Hosts of the show will be Aurelian Temişan and Ilinca Avram.
A total of 24 acts are competing in this year’s national selection, which are split in two semi final rounds. Today we will see the first set of 11 acts compete in the 1st semi final round:
- Bella Santiago – Army of love
- Berniceya – The Call: Dynasty of Love
- Claudiu Mirea – We Are The Ones
- DYA & Lucian Colareza – Without You (Sin ti)
- The Four – Song of My Heart
- Nicola – Weight of the World
- Ommieh and Anakrisez – Rock This Way
- Steam – The Way It Goes
- Teodora Dinu – Skyscraper
- Trooper – Destin
- Vaida – Underground
The show’s national jury is formed by Adi Cristescu (singer-composer), Mihai Georgescu (Miţă) (founding member of Bere Gratis – composer – songwriter), Crina Mardare(singer-vocalist teacher), Andy Platon (DJ – producer)and Mugurel Vrabete(singer). The national jury will select 5 songs that will qualify to the final while the public can vote for one more act to qualify from the remaining rest acts.
The first semi final show of Selecția Națională 2019, will start at 20:00 CET and you can watch it on TVR 1, TVR MOLDOVA, TVRi, TVR HD και TVR +.
