Romania: Tonight the 5th semifinal of “Selecția Națională 2018”
Tonight, «Selecția Națională 2018», the national process for Romanian representative at Eurovision 2018, is going on with the last 5th semifinal. The show, live from Sighişoara, will pe presented by Diana Dumitrescu and Cezar Ouatu (Romania ESC 2013).
Tonight, the last 12 candidates out of a total of 60 entries will compete.These are:
- Alexandru Ungureanu – Sail with Me
- Denisa Trofin – Tears
- Dora Găitanovici – Fără tine
- Evermorph – Live Your Life
- The Humans – Goodbye
- Iliana – I Won’t Lie
- Manuel Chivari – Somebody to Love
- Maria Suciu – Sweet Nothing
- SAVE – All We Need
- Sergiu Bolotă – Every Little Thing
- Teodora Dinu – Fly
- Tomer Cohen – Baby You’re the Only One
The three songs that will gather most of the jury’s votes will qualify to the final on February 25th. The jury consists of Liliana Ştefan (Eurovision Songwriter for Romanian Eurovision 1998), Viorel Gavrilă (conductor – composer), Ilinca Băcilă (Romanian representative in 2017 with Alex Florea), Nicu Patoi (guitarist) and Marian Ionescu (guitarist, pianist, composer and founder of the “Direcția 5″ band).
“Selecția Națională” fifth semifinal will begin at 20:00 CET and you can watch it HERE.
