Romania: Tonight the Final of “Selecția Națională 2019”
Tonight the final of Romania’s national selection for Eurovision 2019, “Selecția Națională”, will take place in Bucharest. 12 acts will be competing to represent Romania at the Eurovision Song Contest 2019 in Tel Aviv. The show will be hosted by Aurelian Temişan, Ilinca Avram and Alina Ionescu.
After two semi-finals with 23 acts participating and three withdrawals throughout the whole national selection process this year, 12 finalists will be competing for the ticket to Tel Aviv. The final outcome will be determined 50% by public voting and 50% by an international jury made up of Emmelie de Forest (Winner of the Eurovision Song Contest 2013), Tali Eshkoli (Head of Event & Content at Eurovision 2019), Serban Cazan (Music Producer), Alex Calancea (Musician, Producer and Composer), William Lee Adams (Chief in Editor of Wiwibloggs) and Deban Aderemi (Wiwibloggs editor).

- Linda Teodosiu – Renegades
- Olivier Kaye – Right Now
- Laura Bretan – Dear Father
- Teodora Dinu – Skyscraper
- Claudia Mirea – We Are the Ones
- Aldo Blaga – Your Journey
- Ester Peony – On a Sunday
- Letitia Moisescu & Sensibil Balkan – D A I N A
- Bella Santiago – Army of Love
- Trooper – Destin
- DYA & Lucian Colareza – Without You (Sin Ti)
- Vaida – Underground
Among the guest performances will be the winner of last year’s Eurovision Song Contest Netta, Emmelie de Forest, who won the Eurovision Song Contest 2013 in Malmö with her song “Only Teardrops”, and the Albanian singer Inis Nerziri. She won the “Golden Stag Festival” in Brasov last summer and finished third at the Albanian national selection “Festivali i Këngës” in 2018 with her song “Piedestal”.
