Russia 2018: Julia’s first technical rehearsal

6th on stage for today Julia Samoylova. Julia last year, although selected to represent Russia in Kiev, did not reach the Eurovision stage as the Ukrainian authorities banned her entry into the country because of a concert she attended in Crimea without  first taking an entry permit from the border service of Ukraine.

This year, Julia returns to Lisbon, with the song « I Will not Break ».

The rehearsal begins with a delay as they have some issues with the lights. On stage we see Julia on a construction that is a mountain like her video clip.

There is a projector showing things on Yulia’s dress. She is dressed in white and has a rhinestone on her face. It is accompanied by 3 vocalists, which are next to the stage. In the chorus, there are two dancers, a man and a woman who are doing acrobatics.

The dancers meet at the end of the bridge and embrace each other while the camera focuses on Julia. Everyone is dressed in white.
