San Marino: Serhat will perform ‘I Didn’t Know’

It was announced in January by San Marino’s national broadcaster SMRTV that Turkish singer Serhat will represent the micro-nation at the upcoming Eurovision Song Contest. This afternoon, San Marino’s entry was presented live from Paris for the first time along with the official music video. Its title is ‘I didn’t know’ and it was written and produced by Turkish composer Olcayto Ahmet Tugsuz and Greek songwriter Nektarios Tyrakis, who is the man behind Greece’s third-placed “Shake It” in 2004 and Belarus’ 2004 entry. French fashion designer Thierry Mugler is serving as the creative director of Serhat’s entry. Enjoy the video and the song!

San Marino earned its best result in 2014, when Valentina Monetta became the first San Marino artist to qualify for the final, where she placed 24th.
