Serbia 2019 : RTS opens Eurovision 2019 national selection process

The Serbian national broadcaster has begun the process of seeking the country’s next representative for Eurovision 2019 in Israel.

RTS channel has already opened the platform for applications  for the next national selection. From 9/8 until 1st of November , singers and composers interested can submit their songs for the next Beovizija .

Once all songs submitted , RTS will review all songs , alongside with a special organized committee , which won’t know the singers or composer identity. The best considered songs will be selected to compete in Beovizija 2019. In the final  round of  Beovizija, the winner will be determined by a a jury of music experts and the public vote , having a 50% share each.

In the last edition of the Eurovision Song Contest  Sanja Ilic & Balkanika represented the country with their song Nova Deca, which came 19th in the final with a total of 113 points .
