Sweden: Listen to the snippets of Melodifestivalen’s third semi-final songs.
SVT, the Swedish public broadcaster, has just released the one-minute snippets of the 7 third semi final songs of Melodifestivalen 2018, which will take place in Malmö next Saturday.
Benjamin Ingrosso , John Lundvik are already in the final (semi final 1 qualifiers) joined by LIAMOO and Samir & Viktor (semi final 2 qualifiers). Sigrid Bernson, Renaida, Margaret and Mimi Werner qualified to the second chance round .
THE POPULAR ONES
Jessica Andersson is the most familiar to the Melodifestivalen audience since she’s already participated four times in the past, achieving her best placing in 2010 (8th place) with “I Did It For Love”. However, she managed to win the Melodifestivalen as a member of the duet “Fame” and represented Sweden in the Eurovision Song Contest in 2003, winning the 5th place. Mendez, who closes the third semifinal, has also participated in Melodifestivalen in 2002, with the song “Andrenaline”, where he won second place in the final.

Two songs will qualify for the big final of Melodifestivalen 2018 to be held on March 10th. The songs that will win the third and fourth place will take part in the second chance semi final on March 3rd.
