Sweden: Listen to the snippets of the Melodifestivalen 2019 1st semi final entries
The Swedish national broadcaster SVT released one minute snippets of the songs competing in the first semi of Melodifestivalen 2019.

The first semi final is set to take place at the Scandinavium in Gothenburg next Saturday , February 2. In this semi final we meet Anna Bergendahl represented the country in Eurovision 2010 with her entry This is my life, finishing 11th in the 2nd semi final, while Nano andWiktoria make a comeback in Melodifestivalen. We meet Mohombi whose songs have become international hits and Arja Saijonmaa .
From each semi final the first two songs qualify directly to the Grand Final that will take place on March 9 at the Friends Arena in Stockholm while the third and fourth will participate in the Second Chance semi final , having one more chance to reach the final on March 2 in the city of Nyköping.
