Sweden: The 3rd Melodifestivalen 2018 semi final results; Martin Almgren and Jessica Andersson to the final.

The 3rd semi final round of Melodifestivalen 2018, Sweden’s Eurovision national selection, took place tonight in Malmö. After tonight’s event two more finalist were determined and another two artists qualified to the second chance semi final. Host of the show, like in the previous semi finals was David Lindgren ( past participant in Melodifestivalen 2012, 2013 and 2016).

This evening’s 7 contestants were:

1. Martin Almgren – A Bitter Lullaby

2. Barbi Escobar – Stark

3. Moncho – Cuba Libre

4.Jessica Andersson – Party Voice

Kalle Moraeus & Orsa Spelmän – Min dröm

6.Dotter – Cry

7.Méndez – Everyday

The voting included two rounds in which only the public  voted.  The first 5 who receive the most votes qualified to a second round of voting . These 5 acts were:
