Switzerland: The submission period for the Eurovision 2022 song selection is in progress
SRF, the Swiss national broadcaster, opened the submission window by announcing an open invitation to songs for Eurovision 2022.
In March, Switzerland was one of the first countries to confirm its participation in Eurovision 2022 and began the selection process for the Eurovision song contest 2022.
Switzerland will use the same form of internal selection that followed from 2019 with the only difference that the SRF is now launching an open invitation to songs by interested songwriters and producers. Swiss participation will be determined by a combination of a 100 member jury and an international panel of experts.
All interested composers and producers should send their song proposals by September 15, 2021. The submission rules can also be found in English here.
