The Netherlands 2017: O’G3NE goes to Kiev with the song “Lights And Shadows”.
The Netherlands will participate in the Eurovision Song Contest 2017 with a song performed by girl group O’G3NE, who were internally selected by the Dutch broadcaster AVROTROS to represent the Netherlands at the 2017 contest in Kiev, Ukraine. The song “Lights And Shadows”, has been released.
OG3NE is a Dutch girl group consisting of the three sisters Lisa, Amy, and Shelley Vol (Amy and Shelley are twins). The O stands for their mother’s blood type and G3NE stands for the gene they share since they are sisters.
They represented Netherlands at Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2007 with the song “Adem In, Adem Uit”(“Breathe In, Breathe Out”). On 19 December 2014 they won the fifth season of The Voice of Holland, and became the first trio in the world to win the Voice.
