Tonight: Watch the first part of ‘Eurovision Song Celebration 2020’
The EBU and the Dutch Eurovision 2020 host broadcasters are aiming to make the best out of this year’s unusual Eurovision season, after the heartbreaking cancellation of Eurovision 2020. Two more shows titled “Eurovision Song Celebration 2020” will be aired on the official Youtube channel. Tonight the first part of the show will be aired at 21:00 CET.
In addition to the special show ‘Eurovision: Europe Shine A Light’ the EBU will be broadcasting on the official ESC Youtube channel two more special shows that will be replacing the two semi final shows on Tuesday, May 12 and Thursday, May 14. All the songs will be played out in the official Semi-Final running orders decided by this year’s producers.
This evening, the EBU will spotlight the songs that would have been shown in the first Semi-Final including host country the Netherlands and 2 of the Big 5 countries: Germany and Italy.
Tonight’s show will feature exciting interval acts. reactions from Youtubers regarding this year’s song . The songs will be presented in the running order decided by this year’s organisers while in the place of the official recap we will see Eurovision fans’ productions who will showcase this year’s participants in their own special way.
