UK 2017: A new version of the song “Never Give Up On You”
The official music video of Lucie Jones song “Never Give Up On You” has been released.
A new version of the song was recorded at Tileyard Studios in late February 2017, whilst an accompanying music video was shot soon afterwards. The new version of the song, together with the official video, was released on 11 March 2017.
Lucie Jones was born 20 March 1991 and is 25 years old. She is a Welsh singer, actress, and model. Lucie first came to prominence while competing on series 6 of The X Factor UK in 2009, where she placed eighth. Jones auditioned for series 6 of The X Factor UK with the song “I Will Always Love You”. She advanced to the live shows, and in week one, performed “Footprints in the Sand”. She was eliminated in week five, in a final showdown against Jedward. UK will participate in the Eurovision Song Contest 2017 with the entry Never Give Up On You performed by Lucie Jones.
