United Kingdom: Entry revealed on 7 March
The BBC has confirmed that they will reveal their entry for the Eurovision Song Contest 2015 on 7 March and it will be done in the same way as last year, with a broadcast on the BBC red button service.
The executive producer, Guy Freeman, stated that after their invitation for this year’s submissions they concluded to one that stood out from the rest:
The show will be made available at 22:15, after the broadcast of the Voice on BBC1.
Last year, Molly Smitten-Downes was selected to represent the United Kingdom at the Eurovision Song Contest 2014. Her entry, Children of the universe, finished 17th in the grand final with 40 points.
